2ENG - Changing Earth: Today & Over Time
2nd Grade - Earth & Space Science - NGSS
Students explore and develop models of different landforms and bodies of water and investigate the causes of how the land and water can change rapidly or over a long period of time.
Anchor Phenomena: The school yard has evidence of changes in the land from rain, water, wind and human activity.
Driving Question: How does the shape of the land change and how are different shapes in the land and bodies of water formed?
Engineering Design Challenge: Develop and use models of landforms to explain how land can change rapidly or gradually over a long period of time.
Ordering Updates We have streamlined our ordering process. Our individual catalogs and order forms have been replaced by a single Interactive Order Form. This Excel spreadsheet contains our complete product catalog and includes dedicated tabs for Trade Books, Spanish Journals, Quick Orders, and individual unit orders, with each tab automatically calculating order totals as you enter quantities. To place an order, download the form, fill in your desired quantities in the appropriate tab, and email the completed file to suzan@bcamsc.org. If you do not have Microsoft Excel, the form can also be opened using Google Sheets.
